Combining yoga therapeutics, traditional yoga poses, breathing and meditation, each class will focus on a specific area of the body.
As everybody, and every body is different, meet yourself where you're at for the day by using props (such as a strap, blocks and bolster) to help you strengthen, and increase your flexibility.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
