All Access Yoga classes are here to prove yoga is one-size-fits-all. You will feel welcome and supported, as you are taught to experience all of the benefits of yoga regardless of your shape, size, age, gender or ability.
This upbeat, body-positive class will assist you in modifying yoga poses to your body's ability, to become strong, balanced, open, and flexible with a combination of movement, meditation and breath work. You will be offered yoga pose options, and be able what works best for you.
All Access Yoga honors and embraces our differences while celebrating our bodies with a yoga practice that finds joy in movement.
All Access Yoga is a Level 1-2 Class - appropriate for beginners and all students who are interesting in refining their practice.
