Lunch Break Yoga and Breath


This class is taught by:
Take a vacation in the middle of your workday to move and breath!  Research indicates that exercising in the middle of your workday will help you to stay energized all day long.  Join Sara for a half hour of yoga, refocus, center yourself with your breath and break through the afternoon slump.

  • 4 class pkg. $32 ($8 per class.  Expires in 1 mo.)

  • $99 Unlimited Yoga.  Allows you to enjoy Lunch Break Yoga any time you want and our other Ongoing Yoga Classes as well.
